EPC Members are invited to attend this FALL CONTINUING LEARNING EVENT: Charitable Giving in a Low-Interest Rate Environment

The current low interest rate is a boon for charitable giving. But how can you maximize your philanthropic investments?

For our 2021 fall continuing legal education event, Jere Doyle, estate planning strategist for BNY Mellon Wealth Management and a senior vice president of BNY Mellon, will discuss which charitable giving vehicles work best in our current, low-interest rate environment, taking into account the applicable federal rates and other market trends. He will also explain how interest rates affect charitable gift annuities, charitable lead trusts, charitable remainder trusts and remainder interests in a personal residence or farm.

Credits: 1 Substantive CLE (approved), 1 CPE (approved), 1 CFP (granted).
Invitation is non-transferable. There is no cost to attend.
